We handle the whole job — design through to handover — so you deal with one team instead of six trades. With over 17 years renovating kitchens across Geelong and Melbourne, whether it's full kitchen remodeling or smaller kitchen remodel services, the scope below is what a renovation with us covers.
By coordinating all major trades under one team, we make the renovation process simpler and more efficient, so you do not have to manage multiple contractors throughout your project.
Every kitchen we build is designed around your space, not adapted from a catalogue. Our kitchen design service starts with how you actually use the room — where you prep, where the bins go, who's in the way at 6pm — then works back to cabinetry and layout. You'll see a 3D render before anything is ordered. We build custom kitchens with premium surfaces and carefully chosen finishes, from modern minimalist through to classic and elegant.
Layout drives both how the kitchen works and what it costs. We'll recommend one at your consultation based on your room and how you cook.
Keeping your existing layout is the single biggest saving available. Moving a sink or cooktop means relocating plumbing or gas, and that's where budgets move fastest — we'll tell you upfront what a layout change actually costs.
Benchtops we supply and install: porcelain, natural stone, silica-free surfaces, solid surface, timber and laminate. Engineered stone is no longer available in Australia following the July 2024 ban, so if that's what you had in mind we'll show you the closest current equivalents.
For cabinetry, door finishes are 2-pac polyurethane, melamine or timber veneer, with Blum or Hettich soft-close hardware as standard. Cabinetry is usually the biggest line in a kitchen renovation, which is why two kitchens the same size can differ by thousands.
Tiles and finishing materials come through our supply partner Devine Tiles.
Not every kitchen needs stripping back to the studs. If your layout works and the cabinet carcasses are sound, an inexpensive kitchen makeover gets you most of the transformation for a fraction of a full renovation. Even small kitchen upgrades make a noticeable difference to how a space looks and works — and it's where we start with a lot of clients.
Most kitchen renovations in Geelong cost between $8,000 and $60,000+, depending on size, materials, layout changes and level of customisation. A typical renovation takes around 3–6 weeks for construction, and 14–20 weeks in total from design to handover — most of that is design and material lead times, not the build itself.

The images below showcase some of our recent kitchen renovation projects completed across Melbourne. While this gallery features Melbourne homes, we provide the same high standard of craftsmanship, quality materials, and project management for homeowners throughout Geelong and surrounding suburbs.
This Point Cook kitchen was designed, built, and project-managed by our team, from removing a load-bearing wall to installing custom walnut cabinetry, a waterfall stone island, and the finished splashback. It reflects the same attention to detail and quality we bring to every kitchen renovation, including projects in Geelong.

Plenty of renovation quotes look similar on price. What separates them is who actually does the work, and what you're left holding when it's finished. Here's exactly what you get on paper from us.
Each issued by the licensed tradesperson who carried out that work:
Electrical, plumbing and waterproofing are all licensed work in Victoria. The certificate is your proof that a licensed person did it — not a general labourer.
These documents matter well beyond handover. You'll want them if you sell, if you claim on insurance, or if a fault appears years later and someone asks who did the work. Ask every renovator you're quoting for these in writing. If the answer is vague, that tells you something before you've paid a deposit.
We also provide a workmanship warranty on everything we install, and all appliances and hardware carry their manufacturer's own cover — Blum hinges and runners, for example, are guaranteed for the life of the product.
With over 17 years managing renovation projects across Geelong, our team handles every trade — design, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and tiling — from your first consultation through to project completion. You get a clear itemised quote, coordinated trade management, and compliance documentation for all electrical and plumbing work.
The practical difference is who turns up. Our own kitchen renovators are on site through the build, the person who designed your kitchen is one of them, and we're close enough to come back if something needs attention after handover.
Four stages, and you know at every point who is on site and what happens next.
We promise itemised quoting, so here's what that looks like in practice. Every quote separates these lines rather than presenting one figure:
| Line item | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Demolition & disposal | Strip-out, skip hire, make-safe |
| Cabinetry & joinery | Carcasses, doors, hardware, install |
| Benchtops | Material, template, fabrication, install |
| Splashback | Material and installation |
| Plumbing | Rough-in, fit-off, compliance certificate |
| Electrical | Rough-in, fit-off, certificate of electrical safety |
| Appliances | Supply (if by us) and installation |
| Flooring, painting, finishing | Made good after install |
| Provisional sums | Anything not yet selected — flagged, never buried |

Cabinetry is usually the biggest single cost in a kitchen renovation. It's built to your kitchen's exact layout and storage needs rather than off-the-shelf, which is why two kitchens the same size can differ by thousands depending on the joinery alone.
Keeping your existing layout is the most effective way to stretch a kitchen renovation budget. Relocating plumbing or electrical is where budgets blow out fastest — updating cabinetry, benchtops, and lighting around the current layout gets you most of the transformation without that cost.
Yes, most kitchen renovations are completed without changing the existing layout. Keeping plumbing and electrical in place keeps costs down while still letting you modernise with new cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, and appliances.
Most kitchen renovations don't require a building permit unless structural work is involved. Replacing cabinets, benchtops, or appliances generally doesn't need approval, but moving a wall or relocating plumbing usually does — we'll confirm what applies during your consultation. Read more in our Kitchen Renovation Guide.
A kitchen renovation typically takes 3–6 weeks once construction begins, and 14–20 weeks in total from consultation to handover. Most of that time is design and material lead times, not the actual build — cabinetry alone can take several weeks to manufacture. See the full week-by-week breakdown in our Kitchen Renovation Guide.
A complete kitchen renovation checklist covers design, demolition, cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, lighting, painting, and appliance installation. We scope this with you upfront so nothing gets added as a surprise mid-project.
Yes, most homeowners stay in their home during a kitchen renovation. You'll lose use of the kitchen itself for part of the build, so a lot of clients set up a temporary kettle-and-microwave station elsewhere in the house for a few weeks.
Yes, appliances should be chosen before construction begins. Cabinetry is built around their exact dimensions, so a late appliance change is one of the most common causes of delays and rework we see.
The biggest kitchen renovation mistakes are poor storage planning, underestimating the budget, and choosing style over functionality. We've seen kitchens redone within a few years because power points went in before the appliance layout was finalised — plan workflow and storage early to avoid that.
Choose a kitchen renovation company with a strong local track record, clear itemised quotes, and genuine client feedback. Ask specifically how many kitchens they've completed in your area, not just how many they've done overall.
Yes, we manage every stage of your kitchen renovation from start to finish. One team coordinates design, demolition, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and handover, so you're never the one chasing trades to stay on schedule.
An accurate kitchen renovation quote itemises cabinetry, benchtops, appliances, labour, and any provisional sums as separate line items — never a single lump figure. Get quotes from a small number of local companies against the same written brief so you're comparing like for like, not different scopes dressed up as the same number.
